7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Suboptimal is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of data or analytics provided by the Platform.
• That the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suboptimal is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will immediately end.

10. Modifications to the Terms
